No sorry we are unable to allow you to do this and lock our content using a technology called Digital Rights Management so that you can not forward this to your friends. On most phones you will see a lock icon next to the content to signify the content has been protected.

If you are unsure our ringtones will work on your phone please go to our Test Your Phone page and download the free test tones there. This will make sure you have internet access on your cellphone and are able to save and play our tones.

Sorry but we are unable to do this as MMS protocols have not yet been globally accepted and implemented. Many networks which do support MMS will charge us an interconnect fee for sending content to you this way. This would mean we would have to increase our charges but we'd rather keep the cost low for our customers.

Apologies, our content is sold under the understanding it is for WAP download and is not available via blue tooth, data cable, infra red and so on.

Very simple, we are unable to send the file direct to your phone so you have to collect it from our WAP download site.

This will depend on which tariff you have chosen through your mobile operator but the answer should be very little.
If you're paying per page you view there will be the thanks screen and the actual ringtone download so you should only clock up two page views, if you're on WAP it should take you less than a minute to download your tone, so both are very cheap.

WAP is another, near-obsolete way of connecting your mobile phone to the Internet. WAP is most often charged by the minute at the rate agreed with your network or service provider; please contact them for pricing details. Per-minute pricing can make WAP more expensive than a GPRS connection. When you connect to the Internet with WAP your phone is making a call to your network's server so if anyone rings you they will either go to your voicemail or get the engaged tone, this makes WAP less friendly than GPRS which is faster and more cost effective.

GPRS is a way for your cellphone to connect to the Internet. GPRS is most often charged by how much data or how many pages you view. Please contact your network for pricing details as each network has different tariffs to choose from. GPRS uses an always-on packet based technology that permits transmitting and receiving data at much higher speeds than a standard WAP connection. With GPRS you are able to receive calls while surfing the mobile Internet.

In most cases this would indicate that your mobile phone is not configured to connect to the Internet. Your network may be able to tell you more about mobile Internet, what it costs and how you can get online with your cellphone.
This is an issue between you and your network, please contact them not us with your query, as we will be unable to help.
If you are getting thee errors it is because your phone has been unable to connect to us or there is a problem with your service provider, this happens most often when coverage is poor, or your network are having temporary problems.
This can usually be cleared within a few minutes but to eliminate the chance this could be a handset issue, please clear the cache on your phone, then turn it off and back on again. Once you have done this try again to connect to the link we sent you.
If this still fails after several goes contact your network and inquire if they are having any problems with their WAP gateway. If needed also request a resend of your WAP settings as sometimes they can become corrupt through time.
This is an issue between you and your network, please contact them not us with your query, as we will be unable to help.
Your phone must be quiet rare or very new if it's not listed in the wurfl - wurfl is like a universal guide to cellphones. It knows most things about most phones.....
If you get this error you can still download your order. Use http://67.19.145.170/*****.dl (Lowercase DL) instead of http://67.19.145.170/*****.wml (Lowercase WML) where ***** is your order reference.
Also, if you get this error please can you help us so we can get your phone added by also visiting this link, on your phone. What this link will do is send us all the information about your phone which we can gather - once we have this info we will submit it to the wurfl so next time you order we should be able to support your phone on our thanks page!
http://67.19.145.170/cellinfo.php
This means your phone is refusing to accept the download as the file is larger than your phone will support. If you get this error please contact us and let us know the ID number of an alternative item we can send to you in its place.
Your phone does not support the item you have ordered. Apologies but we can't help with this as we offer free tasters to ensure your phone is compatible.
Your download has timed out. Please retry.

Yes, our ringtone works are licenced by PRS and MCPS, they are paid 15% (5% to PRS and 10% to MCPS) of the ringtone sale and pass this revenue on to the artists and labels behind the original works.

If you put petrol in a diesel car by accident would you expect the petrol attendant to refund your money when it was your own human error. Case rested.

NO! We send out the very infrequent thanks for your custom message where you can download a genuine free polyphonic ringtone or two but this is by no means often.
We will never sell your number to anyone else or accept money to allow other people to message our customers.
We hate junk SMS and those behind it as it gives the good guys like us a bad name when we don't deserve it. We respect our customers enough to know they dislike spam!

No, we have a no-refunds policy. This enables us to keep our costs down, example on a £1.50 text message in the UK, the VAT man gets 17.5% the network gets a cut, then our SMS aggregator gets a cut and we get what is left so it is not financially viable to offer a refund, especially when you have to consider that we pay 15% of the cost of the ringtone to PRS and MCPS. If we refund transactions we'll go bust. So, sorry but NO. Please do not try to contest this as by ordering you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Please make sure you test the compatibility of your phone by going to our Test Your Phone page before ordering.

Please check you sent it to the right shortcode. It is possible you were out of range or on low battery power when we tried to text you back, it's normally very quick but if it takes longer than 24 hours please reorder.
Top
Sorry no, we're under contract to not release the ringtones that way.
Top
Depends how long you've had the tone, you can try to download your order again from our WAP site but if you deleted the tone and your order download limit has expired you will need to reorder.
Top
Please check you sent your order to the right code if you ordered by SMS. If you have not had a text from us please contact us and let us know how and what you ordered plus where it was to be delivered too, we will then check our database and if your order is valid make sure you get your ringtone.

No, sorry you need mobile internet to download ringtones from us. If your network supports it they should be able to enable it for you for free.
Top
You simply waited too long to download your order. Just contact us and we'll extend the hours you have to download your tone as long as our system tells us you have not downloaded the tone before.

It's most likely you don't have mobile internet on your mobile phone, please contact your network operator and ask if they can enable it for you. Without mobile internet (WAP / GPRS) you will not be able to download your ringtone.
Top
You need to use your mobile phones internet browser to connect to our WAP site where you can download your ringtone.
If you do not have mobile internet enabled through WAP or GPRS please contact your network to see if they can enable it for you, they will normally do this for free if they support WAP.
Once you have arrived at our WAP site you will be presented with links to your ringtone, there are usually more than one kind to choose from as mobile phones use different technologies. Download the one which will work on your phone and you should get an alert that tells you that you have downloaded a ringtone.
Now make sure you save this to your mobile phone, once saved you should be able to select this as your ringtone.

If when you try to download your ringtone our WAP site says invalid reference you have most likely entered an invalid address or mispelt the address.
Please double check the address you enter matches the exact address we told you to download your tone from, all lowercase and ending in WML (for wireless markup language).
If after doing this you still can't get your tone please contact us but don't forget to tell us everything you can about your order, what you ordered, how you ordered, your mobile phone make and model, your network and WAP link.
